FINALLY! I tried a Suhr Aldrich. My thoughts.

Keep in mind the LP is naturally tight and aggressive and the LTD is naturally fat and round. But I think it's pretty evident to me that the mids in the Aldrich/LP are less stuffy.

Also, this is what the guitar straight in look like. Well, almost straight in. I use my 18V TS808 turned off as a buffer. You can tell that even the Ant JB with its degaussed magnet is way hotter than the Aldrich.

Cool tone! The JB seems to have more fuzzy/woofy scratchiness going on for a lack of a better description. The Aldrich sounds tighter and better 'reigned in'.
