V's are the best! Would love a Gibby custom V with ebony board and a floyd. 🤤 Would also love a USA Dean in that config. Played a USA ML in the mid 00's and it smoked!

Man I just CANNOT get with the Gibson headstock. If they knew better they would ditch the stupid pickguard and simplify the controls. Gibson THE V was close but they fucked that up too. Look where they stupidly placed the stop tailpiece! Why would u use one🤔That was perfect to make a string through,@*#&$<=<@&.....Why wouldn't u rear load a flame top or korina and keep the focus on the top as gorgeous as it is? All these guitars would look better had they not designed these after a jukebox from the 50s😂

The Gibson V head-stock doesn't bother me at all, but 100% I agreed that the stop tail piece version should've just been a V string through.....

Also had to laugh at one guys description of a V with a Bigsby as "Cool Guitar chastity belt" hahahah

Love the guitar....how's that Morris Muscle amp ???
It’s fantastic. It’s actually the 69/70’ model. It was the first one Glen built and he hadn’t come up with a name yet. Plexi like on low input and a high gain channel with several tone options. Has a high/low voltage switch. I also have a Morris XSIII that is my favorite amp of all time. Heavier and tighter than the 69/70’.

Regarding the V, it’s the new 70’s model. The headstock and control layout are not period correct, but it quickly jumped to my #1. The specs says 70’s Burstbuckers, but they are actually 15-16k A5 screamers. Not even a thought about changing them out......which I almost always do.
