I haven't said, that it's fact of proofed, I simply have placed a question in the header as well as here!

I've done it, to encourage a discussion about my questions, to hear, what others might think about this.

Mesa had other amps/products that were theirs though. Albeit a different take on a Fender circuit, but many changes. And even the Recto/SLO theft the Recto has some different things going on in the power section.

Based on your claims of such smal changes, the Satan is a different amp as the Dino doesn’t have a “sweep” knob. Also the Dino doesn’t have external biasing or accept any other tube except El-34’s.
The Dino has 7 preamp tubes the Satan has 6.
