A reminder, here’s the real POS coward who shot and killed an unarmed woman at close range. Gets a free pass because he’s a liberal cunt and black.

😂👍

So full of compassion and empathy for an American supporting her country.

Please humor me and explain your rationale.

Pretty much everything she did that day was unlawful and completely un-American.

THERE WAS NO FRAUD SO SHE WAS BREAKING AND ENTERING BASED ON A LIE AND IT COST HER HER LIFE.

WHY AREN'T YOU ANGRY AT ALL OF THE LIARS WHO SET HER ON HER PATH?
IF ONLY EVERYONE ON THE CONSERVATIVE SIDE HAD BEEN HONEST ASHLI WOULD STILL BE ALIVE.

SHE WAS SHOT AND KILLED BECAUSE SHE BELIEVED LYING TRUMP.
SHE WAS SHOT AND KILLED BECAUSE SHE BELIEVED LYING HANNITY.
SHE WAS SHOT AND KILLED BECAUSE SHE BELIEVED LYING CARLSON.

She still your hero Keith?
Your hyperbole aside, serious question, why did Byrd shoot her? She was holding on to the frame to the broken out window thus displaying no weapon in either hand. She had blacked-out armed with rifles law enforcement officers within steps behind her. What was Byrd's justification for shooting this unarmed woman in the neck?

You're describing what happened one way. Here's another take:

The doorway was barricaded. Look closely and you'll see 4-5 dudes pointing firearms in that direction.
A group of people decided to break through the barricade. A window pane was completely broken out in the process.
A person who had just tried breaking down the doors attempted to climb through the breach.

Question for you now: If this was your home or place of business, and you were holding the gun,
what would you have done to the first person ignoring all warnings and attempting to enter your
space? In the middle of a riot?

I don't have to mention that this was the freaking US Capital and the cop was protecting both
houses of congress.

To understand further - where are you talking about the 4 or 5 pointing arms? On the Byrd side or the Babbitt side? Thx

4-5 guarding the chamber.

Another thing that has to be factored in is that every person there on the defense were in absolute
panic mode only knowing that a) they were under attack, and b) no one knew who was or wasn't armed.
What the hell is in the large backpack she's trying to get through the defenses? A bomb maybe?

Hindsight is 20/20 - easy for all of us to play armchair QB here.
I just don't see the absolute 100% loathing for the policeman and almost heroe worship for the intruder here.

You’re doing nothing but armchair quarterbacking here dipshit. How much shoot don’t shoot training you been through?

I don’t see that on the video that I have seen - but assuming it to be the case - what justification did Byrd have to use lethal force against an unarmed woman? The fact that he had confederates also armed if anything lessons the danger presented by the unarmed woman.
Are you saying that DC has a “castle doctrine” like some states where if you enter unlawfully I can kill no further justification needed?
And although maybe he didn’t know about it - although they were all radioed up - what about the fact that steps behind Babbitt are armed with rifles police, a fact clearly shown on the video?

I can't argue with any of your points other than to bring up the hindsight issue.
Did Byrd know the intruder was a woman?
Did he know the intruder was un-armed?
He knew for sure the intruder was both violent and ignoring shouted warnings from armed dudes.

God,you are fucking stupid

Should the person charged with protecting both parties of the House and Senate have given
the intruder the benefit of the doubt? In the midst of a once EVER riot during the transfer of power?
