An officer - indeed anyone - using lethal force needs justification - typically “the deceased had/pointed/went for a weapon” - to me the fact that both of her hands are visible holding onto the window frame as she attempted to enter made it clear she was in fact not armed.

What about the fact that multiple officers within a few feet of her didn't shoot at her. What about the other 3 officers Donnie describes not shooting. We've seen it over and over where when one officer shoots, they all shoot. Why didn't the other 3 officers shoot? Did they feel it wasn't justified? Ashley was completely wrong for being in the building, but excessive force is excessive force. That's what I have an issue with.
