You're so edgy. Ooohhhh.

You actually come off like a condescending prick. I was doing nothing wrong and you have continuously attacked me with dumb ass logical fallacies. Grow up bud.

You're not the only dickhead on the Internet with experience.
I came here for fractal. I stayed for the comraderie

I need to redo my board, so I'm looking at yours. Which board us that? I was thinking about another Pedaltrain, but that Temple looks nice. I need to do a breakout pannel too, but I need at least a dozen ports. I run two snakes to the amps with 4 cables a piece, and then the vocal in and through for IEMs and the headphone out... I need to go shopping.
@BeZo This is the Trio 28 board. Found it local used for $100 and it included one 4x out and power modules. Couldn't pass it up. I mounted the FX8 and EV1 with longer screws and washers and didn't use the Temple mounting plates. I love having the two 4x outs to be able to run 4CM into the Boogie along with having extra in case I am running an electric/piezo guitar. On the other side, I have two locking 1/4 jacks for inputs. It turned into a pretty awkward and heavy board, but the convenience is well worth it.

My understanding is the VP4 does ambient only, while the FM3 can offer lots of effects you’d use before the amplifier input, like wah, octave, distortion, etc.

I just ordered a Pedaltrain Classic 3 with the Tour Case. I'm going to get a Bestronics breakout panel for the top. I wanted the breakout on the top and not the sides.

The vp4 most definitely provides drives, wah and other things that go in front. It has a dedicated 4CM mode to faciliate this. I have not tried it this way with my Soldano x88 ir, but it is possible.
