Well, it had better be a quad of new old stock tubes that have been through the CRYOGENIC process, then......Not unless you first sacrifice a quad of choice NOS tubes on the alter of the mouse.

One being they are currently releasing several new products.
Over 90% of questions they get the information is available in the manual or on line. Often in one of the videos they have done for products.
If the question you have or if your device needs more attention the conversation is taken private.
I know, and I think all that is fantastic. I was excited to join the forum, and then I read the TOS. Everything except for that seems pretty cool. It's also the new public forum for Fryette. So it is not just for support. But that is the main reason it exists.
I bet certain someones have certainly thought about it. At any rate though, just because it's never been an issue(?) before doesn't mean we should drop protections assuming it'll never be an issue in the future. That's a bit like not wearing a seatbelt since you've never been in a car accident. How many of you have tried to sue a amp company ?
I'm going to guess no one.
Not off the top of my head. Though there have been at least a few situations where it seemed like some sort of legal action might have been merited (Cameron kerfuffle maybe?). Whether it's happened in the past though doesn't really matter in terms of keeping guard rails up for the future.Have you ever heard of any amp company being sued by a individual or class action lawsuit ?
Ditto.I have seen the companies sue each other many times.
Feasibility is a different question.I don't think any lawyer would waste time going after Mark.
Perhaps, though there are at times means for righting wrongs through the system. The legal system is about money. Not right and wrong.
I agree, that is my impression. However: trust, but verify. People change, businesses get sold, etc. While I hope none of that happens at Fryette, it wouldn't be the first time in the history of commerce for something like that to happen.Besides Steve and wife are fairly reasonable people.
Yeah, hearing about some of the crap that arrives in their inbox is something else. I suppose my email I sent them regarding this counts. :/Obviously like any business dealing with the public can be interesting.
I deal with the public everyday. They are shit. They never own their own bullshit, only hear what they want and only think of themselves..I don't think any lawyer would waste time going after Mark. The legal system is about money. Not right and wrong.
Besides Steve and wife are fairly reasonable people. Their rate of issues with products is much lower than average. Obviously like any business dealing with the public can be interesting.

Fuck yeah, I get it.. Sign here..
This is what the NFL does..and the arbitrator is...the Commissioner. Who works for the owners. Talk about rigged. LolContractually obligated arbitration should be illegal.
Right now there's pretty much nothing stopping literally every company you do business with from including a "nothing we do to you can be held against us because we're going to force you to agree to 'arbitration' we control, that there is no way in hell you could actually win in, in the event that we do something grossly unfair and even illegal to you" clause in the contract.
Also, for those who don't know, the results of an arbitrated case, no matter how stacked and bullshit, is legally binding.

Just when Steve thought the arbitration was going great…..I want to make it clear that RT would NEVER force arbitration on it's users. Until we had to, and then it would be the most forced arbitration in history. So rest easy.
Do you have any pointers to information regarding this?In arbitration, it’s like a bench trial, but in an office. There is usually same or similar discovery as in a regular civil lawsuit. Both sides have to agree to an arbitrator and have a choice from a list.
It’s not like Fryette would get his pick and that’s that. It can be a more expensive forum. But if you have a case against them, attorneys work on contingency, just like civil suits.
