Feasibility is a different question.

Perhaps, though there are at times means for righting wrongs through the system.

I agree, that is my impression. However: trust, but verify. People change, businesses get sold, etc. While I hope none of that happens at Fryette, it wouldn't be the first time in the history of commerce for something like that to happen.

Yeah, hearing about some of the crap that arrives in their inbox is something else. I suppose my email I sent them regarding this counts. :/
Can I sue your dumbass for using 5 separate quotes when you just needed one?

Malcontents is on YouTube in like five minutes if you want to ask Steve anything.
Yeah, wish I could make it but I already had other stuff planned. That, and I avoid logging into YouTube, I only use it begrudgingly. I sent him an email though, we'll see if he replies.

Using separate quotes allows me to reply directly to a statement with no ambiguity or weird grammar.

Also, no you can't sue me. This comment is clickwrapped, by reading any portion of it you agree to settle any and all disputes via binding arbitration by Billy-Bob down at the gas station. Filing fees are a cameron with a larry back plate, daily arbitrator pay is a 2CP Colliseum's tube complement. The good tubes, none of this new production rubbish. Thank you very much, have a nice day.

Alright, heard back from Fryette. With regards to the forum TOS, it's just the default provided by Discourse (the forum software) and not something they drafted themselves. Since they're still getting things going, and may not even stick with Discourse, dealing with issues surrounding the default Discourse TOS isn't a priority and it'll be a while before they look into things.

Regarding the forum vs email for support, the email lines are still open for product issues regarding service or parts. Sharing of information, discussions on gear usage, and common questions go to the forum though. The purpose of the forum is to keep the email lines uncluttered by that stuff, so that they can focus on service, parts, warranty, etc. while still meeting the other needs via the forum.

Didn't even know they had a forum, their last one was beyond dead over a decade ago, is a shame too they really make (made) some killer amps.
