Guys, how would you like a "diezel" contest?

for example, everybody chimes in X amount of money to "fund" a new Diezel (a Schmidt for example) and at the end Peter/Olaf/Terry can randonly pick a winner. Some sort of raffle.

BTW, I got on a vintage Marshall kick. Man, it is a buyers market on ebay. Got the following on the way...

1981 JCM 800 Master with vertical inputs
1978 JMP Super Bass (to complete my Adam Jones rig along with my VH4 :rock: )
1976 JMP MKII 4 input

All were less than $1000 US each...

Now, just to get them to Saudi safely :confused:

I don't know we could make it "lotery" like so everybody has the same chance.

it doesn't have to be an amp, it can be one of the new cabs (a 2x12) or we can start with something "cheaper" to experiment, like a Columbus.


I bet if we get 30 people give 10 Euros, we have 300 euros and therefor a columbus for example, you guys can randomly pick up a winner, and man each of the 30 ppl have a chance to "win" a Columbus for 10 euros! fine the rest will "loose" 10 euros but again, it's like a lotery ticket and I don't know seems like a "fun" experiment.

^ I am particularly hard at parting with my stuff. Prefer the buying part. That's why I have a pile of useless stuff around :lol: :LOL: and that's why music shops around know me by nick name, love me and I have 20% in avg. as discount....each time I look at something ... wife hates it, though :)

So a VH4 is a good call ...:-) I am feeling lucky these days... :D

I don't know peter, maybe a prototype of something.....an old case with one channel laying around, something cheap around the 1,000 euros that we can all chip in and then pick a random winner!

I'd love a one channel prototype diezel :D

can you imagine? a nice 1 channel "Schmidt" that goes from clean all the way up to hendrix tone? :inlove:
 
I am in the game. Just ordered an Einstein saturday but i wouldn`t say no to two. :D :D
