dude... that sounds killer! I feel like I'm now starting to become happy with the sounds I'm getting. It's really starting to get that polished sound right outta the box.

Thanks much...It's definitely getting there  ;) I'm really digging the TS!

Glad things are working better for you too. What are you coming up with on your end, cabs/mic combos/placement etc.?

Truthfully, I've been tinkering with Ownhammer IRs. In particular, I'm working with the V3 mixes of the Bogner Shiva 2x12. I have a 1X12 Shiva combo, and this comes pretty darn close to the real thing. The speaker selection is a Celestion Classic Lead 80, which is also what's in my amp. I'm not too sure exactly what combo of mics are had for the mix files, but it sounds killer. It's very instant gratification for me. I didn't have too much luck with the stock cabs when I first got it, so I tried out the Redwirez Big Box line and was completely overwhelmed with the various mic and mic positions. Everything seemed to have a high end shrillness to it that did not sound good at all. It is also worth noting that I had decent results with the Two Notes Bogner Goldfinger 1X12 cab, although I cannot recall which mic I was using. I just actually saw a video from one of my tribute bands shows, and I'm pretty sure I was using the Goldfinger cab. Check it out if you're interested... https://youtu.be/CjK_cWxQFO4

Thanks for the info ;)
I've got to try some of the other IR's out there. I did download OH's "free" Marshall cab. I put the IR wave file into the Two Notes Impulse folder but when I followed the instructions to preview it, nothing came up to preview and the Torp Remote kind of froze up. I closed TR out and tried again with the same results? I'll have to try and figure that one out.
Anyway, I checked your vid out and you sounded good. Good playing and tones...good band too

Were you able to see the cab ir come up in remote? I'd be curious to hear what you think of the mix files. They are a bit fuller sounding than a typical single mic ir. glad you dig the vid. I'm truthfully not really a fan of Bon Jovi, but it's a fun gig and there's always a crowd.

No, the cab file didn't come up. I'm clueless as to why but am assuming I must have cone something wrong somewhere. It will be interesting to see how they compare with the dual cab/micing ability that I have now with the TS.

Make sure you are directing the remote software to the correct folder where the IRs are located.

Ok, I got it figured out now   Now I've got to find the optimum cabs for my Diezel DMoll.
