When Peterson was pushing Fractal like a crazed deranged FACIST is was fucking embarrassing and shameful. It hurt Fractal in my opinion. Anyone with half a brain STILL knows Kemper IS the amp in the room sound and feel. I do like Fractal and totally respect Cliff but Kemper had it nailed over 10 yrs ago. If YOU actually know how to use a Kemper your ENTIRE search is 100% over.................fact.

Of course the real deal is king but a Kemper is SO (99.5%) close you're splitting ass hairs. User failure is always the problem with a Kemper.

What if you like playing a real amp?
 
@67mike As much as I LOVE my heavy iron weapons there is no place for them in today's club world. Sure, you can do this and you can do that and wheel them in and use them BUT NOT as designed and NOT to their potential. THIS, is where Kemper is now KING. You can have that tube amp push under your fingers at low volume and facing you and not the crowd. Also, you can send THAT sound to FOH and it delivers every time. I MUCH prefer heavy iron but as I said and have experienced.....that world is gone. Many will disagree and that's fine as it is them that are missing out on a better sound and being the better player. I've run a KPA into a Yamaha DXR10 and it easily kept up with a 1959SL and a Quad all the way to the 10 mark. Yes, sounds like total BS but I've experienced it and it's why I know it to be true. I was born in 1733 so yes, I learned and loved the old ways but the KPA is the new tool that is THE bridge between OLD AND NEW for us dinosaurs and it works perfectly. By all means don't believe as I'm comfortable with that.

Always been a fan of "Put Another Peasant on the Fire." Really loved the p to ff buildup sync'd with screams of the peasants. Pulls at the heartstrings.
