I FINALLY understand the HYPE...... | The NEW Mesa Boogie Mark IIC+

I dont get the hype to be honest. I mean its a great amp, and I dig it, and Ive owned a Mark series and yeah it sounds like it. But that my only takeaway.

Im not able for the dude.

Sounded pretty good. Trying to get a good comparison to the IIC+ mode on my Mark VII and can tell it’s close. Would be cool (for me at least) to see a side by side comparison of the new one to the Mk VII in IIC+ mode.

nice @Bad.Seed, sounds great! I like that it can get in the same territory boosted and un-boosted. Little late to the party, but I'll be honest, it's making me think this is the production Mark model I would go for. 😍

Sounds like shit I can't stand it for 5 seconds..
Thin and makes my ears hurt..
E Minor metal riffs are so dead beaten he should throw himself down a flight of stairs..

Mark 3 greenie will destroy this thing and cheaper atm

OMG, this is too funny... I'm finally watching the Mesa RI video now...
Just for funsies, check what Kyle says at 3m06 until 3m13...

Uhm...wasn't the whole content of your previous video to use LOW/MEDIUM output pickups?

Maybe those 'haters' that are referred to several times in the comments of this video are just regular folks that call out BS when they see it?

And dude, once again, you do you, but don't count on me supporting your credibility when last week was all about "EVERYONE uses the WRONG pickups for metal, y'all need lower output PAFs' and then this week 'yeah, this is my favourite guitar, man..., Vineham Rampage High output PAF-inspired pickup in the bridge". 😆

Or.... y'know "Everyone" now includes you too. "Do as I say, not as I do" and all that jazz.

Carry on. (y)

I appreciate the effort by anyone who wants to do it for us. A lot of you could learn some things about general civility.

How dare you call him out when Kyle Fricker isn’t here to defend himself!

It gets even better, because almost all other guitars he uses here, except for the SG and the Epi, all have high output pickups! :ROFLMAO:

But hey, we're just 'angry nerds/boomers/losers' with nothing else to do, right? :jerkit:
I'll tell ya this; even when I'm busy...I'm *CONSISTENT*. 😎

I think Kyle does a decent job. His production is good and he reviews a lot of amps. HOWEVER, he always has some fucking boost running. Dude nobody cares about your stupid pedals. We don't really know what the amps sound like because I never know when that boost is on.
