I like a very wide range of music & like a lot of material JBJ has done over the years. I am a product of the late 70's/80s and grew up on the classic stuff like AC/DC, KISS, Dio, Maiden, Priest, Metallica, OZZY, VH, Dokken, The Crue and the rest of the LA scene as well as Bon Jovi. I like all of that stuff well except Poison, Warrant and that crap. Now I have not bought a Bon Jovi LP/CD since the late 80s. I still love the music from that era and the newer melodic and heavy bands from Scandinavia, Death Metal, Prog Metal, Prog,Thrash, Early 90's so called grunge (AIC, Soundgarden etc), Blues, and some Jazz. I just could not see myself just listening to the 80's stuff over and over. I do agree that most the newer bands just lack something and by new in the past 5-10 or so years. Hell one of my fav bands of all time is Nevermore!!!
