Angus doesn't want to entertain children though.

These drag performances are confusing to children. I see no value to it for our children at all. Unless the goal is to desensitize them to people changing their gender or sexual preference. Way to young for that. 18? 17? Fine, do whatever you want. But leave our kids out of it ffs.

I just don’t see it, nor do I see how it is confusing for children. Playing dress up is pretty easy to understand for them.

Drag is not about the things you mentioned

Children seeing people in drag dancing is no more or less valuable than seeing someone in “normal” clothes. It’s the same thing

I think something important is being missed... there seem to be different drag groups, drag entertainers/performers and then there are the straight-up perverted sicko freaks... regardless of which group or how you look at it I don't understand or see the need for them to read to kids or heard a good reason as to why they want to do it.... and how did we get off on this derail??? And one things for suhr, we couldn't have this discussion at TGP.

Because it’s the same as any other type of performance. Some comics are for adults only, some do kids shows. Same with magicians, Musicians, movies, literature, etc. it’s no different.

Most people aren’t very aware of drag culture, which is fine. But it’s probably why they have the view of it that they do.

That was from something completely different, I said that, actually in agreeance with you, that forums have become stale and all that they talk about here are shadow governments and pedophiles.

The drag queens and bud lite threads were mentioned because just as it did here, always reverts to drag/gays/trans somehow wanting access to children
