The leg shot is almost a guaranteed death blow if the femoral artery was hit.
The guy is Robin Hood as far as I’m concerned. I hope he whacks more!!! I don’t wanna sound like a prick but the healthcare system has let a lot of people DIE for profit. So FUCK THEM!

I don't condone any murder unless it is a known verified proven child molester - especially a rapist.

Supposedly the words "Deny - Depose - Defend" were etched onto the shell casings. Those are the key words in a book written about healthcare system fraud. Interesting indeed.


And Yes, that fraud sucks.

But if you were wrongly accused of child molestation (for example only), and the father of said child walked up and shot you in the head, would your family then be opposed to vigilantism?

Supposedly, that is a pic of him at the hotel he was staying at near Central Park? What a goof. He will get caught for sure. And he used an Uber to get to the crime scene, supposedly in the Suburban parked at the curb in that surveillance video.

If the system doesn't work; if no one inside the system doesn't fix it; if no one outside of the system with oversight for the system doesn't fix it (government), then what recourse do the people subject to the system have? Most will work to change the system, and pressure government to improve the system...but it's been decades and many systems are not improving, most all are getting worse.

It should be no surprise that victims of the broken system, many who likely tried to work within the system and play by the rules, ended up being denied by the system. And some of those denied by the system, with no other recourse, or sufficient resources to fight within the system, took matters into their own hands using options that were available to them.

I'm surprised we don't see more of this...maybe we will?

He was probably using subsonic ammo, which doesn't have enough energy to cycle the action so you need to manually recock.
I agree about him probably being a guy that was wronged by the company...but I think he did practice this whole thing/know how the gun would perform, he seems extremely calm throughout the entire sequence.

That’s what I was thinking too. He’d have to manually rack the slide.

Who is going to take the chance on a walking target going for the femoral artery in the leg, though? Even with the femoral being hit there's a chance for survival - not a big one but a chance. My brother in law shot himself in the leg, hit his femoral and fell out of his car at a busy intersection - EMS arrived and almost saved him, he made it to Ben Taub but had lost too much blood and died right after arrival.

The thing about the femoral artery is there’s two! Twice the possibility of a gravity fed killer shot. Yep that’s what happens when a majority artery gets hit? The pressure drops to zero and the system loses its prime, and that’s it game over. Hypovolemic blood loss.
