The love of money...
And yet if it was our business we would expect the people we placed in charge of it to run it profitably. Unscrupulous owners driven only by profit margins, unscrupulous CEO's who will hurt common people to make themselves look good at their jobs, unscrupulous policy holders who equally would love to get their insurer to pay for stuff they don't really need or just overuse of emergency rooms and visits for sniffles, etc.United Healtcare Group 2023 Profit: $22B. That's a lot of denied claims.

I think "insurance" of pretty much every sort is in a state of crisis. We are paying $270 a month just for full coverage on a Jeep Wrangler. Maybe I should go put a bullet in the CEO of Geico.
Understand completely brother. But- what about these ghouls running these companies causing death and suffering for mammon on a large scale? Which is worse?People advocating murder in here, shake my head.
It was a B&T Station 6. Suppressor is integral and in this case very likely was a fake "Training" suppressor. The gun didn't jam. The way it's cocked and fired is convoluted. It's essentially a single shot closed bolt pistol based on the WWII era Welrod pistol.They said the guy was a pro but he absolutely was not. Gun jams twice with a suppressor attached tells me he either had not fired the weapon much at all if any, or he had not run it suppressed before. Either way he was scrambling to get the gun cleared and back into race mode. A pro would have never ever made those mistakes or had those issues in the first place.
Guy was likely (as has been said) a family member of a person who ended up a casualty of a stupid decision made by the company.
If we are promised the gift of life eternal then what does death at the hands of evil men mean? Nothing. Life should be lived in preparation for death, for martyrdom if necessary.Understand completely brother. Yup revenge is for the faithless and impatient…. But I understand…Lord forgive me I understand…If we are promised the gift of life eternal then what does death at the hands of evil men mean? Nothing. Life should be lived in preparation for death, for martyrdom if necessary.
Deuteronomy 32:35
Vengeance is Mine, and recompense;
Their foot shall slip in due time;
For the day of their calamity is at hand,
And the things to come hasten upon them.’
It Is very difficult. It's our fallen nature that makes revenge seem sweet. How many times have we taken our revenge in smaller ways? But revenge doesn't bring back our loved ones or change what has happened, the Lord does. The Lord ordered Peter to sheath his sword, and healed the ear of the soldier who was trying to arrest him. We are ORDERED to forgive those who have wronged us or we will not be forgiven. If we have hated our brother than we have murdered him in our heart. How many times have we done that? Here is one of my favorite YouTube videos on the power of forgiveness:Yup revenge is for the faithless and impatient…. But I understand…Lord forgive me I understand…
And how many people did Universal healthcare just let die?People advocating murder in here, shake my head.
It doesn't justify murder. It just puts the murderer on the same level of the people you are criticizing. Explain to me in detail how violence will fix the situation.And how many people did Universal healthcare just let die?
Yep, fuck them. CEO of UHC gone. Who's next? GREED GREED GREED.And how many people did Universal healthcare just let die?
killing the enemy solves problems. It’s why war exists. Don’t like it? Bomb it!It doesn't justify murder. It just puts the murderer on the same level of the people you are criticizing. Explain to me in detail how violence will fix the situation.
The 20th century had more war and deaths from war than all previous centuries combined. Explain how we are better off now when you are here complaining about a greedy CEO. People need to have a change of heart, not more violence. Lizard brain thinking only creates more lizards.killing the enemy solves problems. It’s why war exists. Don’t like it? Bomb it!
Then the change of heart needs to start with the CEO’s and the corporations the represent and the elected government officials that allow this to continue, because we all know that we’re getting robbed and exploited.The 20th century had more war and deaths from war than all previous centuries combined. The change starts with the person looking back at you in the mirror. Focus on what is on your own plate and everything else will begin to follow. That's how you effect change. Shedding blood has been happening for thousands of years and nothing has changed except the quantity of blood being shed.Then the change of heart needs to start with the CEO’s and the corporations the represent and the elected government officials that allow this to continue, because we all know that we’re getting robbed and exploited.
It's a nice saying and has some weight in reality but no kingdom is eternal except for the heavenly one.From time to time the tree of liberty needs to be watered with the blood of patriots and tyrants alike.
Active aggression trumps passive. And it will continue. The bulls are back in charge again. Fuck your ideals. You think the British backed down cuz some patriot felt he should make some personal changes? Nope. The change happened by killing the British not by cleaning the image. The evaluation of personal ideals is tantamount to rearranging the furniture on the Titanic. Lest I forget to mention that the insurance companies shot first and drew first blood when the put profits before people and let our families die! So there’s that. Time for talking is OVER!The change starts with the person looking back at you in the mirror. Focus on what is on your own plate and everything else will begin to follow. You aren't in charge of anything except you, and only partially so because that is the human condition. You're posting suggestions on a guitar forum my man, not leading the world. I appreciate your forthrightness but those methods have not proved effective or profitable, they have only lead to more violent behavior because you reap what you sow. Active violence is not the way.Active aggression trumps passive. And it will continue. The bulls are back in charge again. Fuck your ideals.
