Just placed an order with Warmoth - finished pics added

I've been wanting to put together a custom Strat for a while now, so I finally decided to do it. I found the exact body/finish I wanted in Warmoth's showcase, so I called and placed an order for it and most of the parts for the guitar. Just have to order a neck from Musikraft and try to find somewhere to get Duncan pickups for cheap. Here's what it should end up looking like. :rock:

i think i would get a regular hum in the bridge and a black pick guard but thats just me
 
make sure you leave the logo off the headstock so you can sell it on ebay. ;) :D
 
I'm pretty sure we are the exact opposites when it comes to taste in gear :D

But hey, I hope you like it when it's done.

Haha, I really like the vintage white/black hardware combo. Hopefully it'll be a real nice guitar when it's done. :)
 
I would have done some things differently, but it will be cool none the less, and even better, it will be exactly what YOU want! :thumbsup:

I bought another Super Strat today! Can't wait to get it!! :rock:

This one is like a Maiden/Yngwie/Blackmore Strat all combined into one. :D :lol: :LOL:
 
I think it looks cool. The only thing I'd change is putting the jack plate on the bottom, but then your lucky at a custom order. Cool design though.

I have no idea, they're not mine. But I think there's all sorts of different ones in there.
 
Just called Musikraft and ordered the neck, which was the last thing on my list. Now I just have to wait for everything to arrive. I just went with a birdseye neck since they didn't have any standard maple ones in stock. It's the bottom neck in these pics. :rock:
