Most of everything I was going to say is already posted. Kiss, Nugent, Who, Frampton, Song Remains the Same, but as a little kid I also remember enjoying my parents John Denver and Simon & Garfunkel live stuff.

Isle of Wight but yeah, that's a good one as is the BBC Sessions.
 
for me it was Neil. might be the greatest album ever imo. definitely the best sonically

Definitely Kiss Alive I, (on 8-track, mind you), and Kiss Alive II. A later favorite was Judas Priest Unleashed In The East, followed by Black Sabbath Live Evil, (with Dio). Killer album.

A live 'album' that was extremely influential and developmental to my young guitar mind was G3: Live in Tokyo. I learned so much from trying to play along with those guys. So much fun!!!
