In the broad picture I could agree with some of what you said here with one major cevat. You would have to be talking about classical democrats. But that's not what the party is anymore and I think what @Floyd Eye was referring to.No. Democrats want to create more public programs paid for by big business to help relieve stuff like crime and homelessness, which negatively impacts everybody. And when blue leadership threatens to do that, big business tells Americans that slightly poorer Americans, not big business, is to blame for big business not paying Americans fairly while they take in trillions in profit. Some people are even dumb enough to believe it. There is more than enough money to go around.

Also it's funny you mention democrats and economic policy. The economy always performs better under blue economic policy. Stop listening to Fox News.

Something else, even now, all the richest blue states subsidize all the poorest red ones, so there's more food for thought for you.

I'm sure you'll ignore everything I've just posted because "anything that shows me being wrong is itself wrong because that's just how I feel about it and besides any sources that don't agree with what I already believe were probably written but a bunch of LIBTARDS haha so there" but hey if you won't learn anything, at least maybe somebody else reading this might.
The last person you could consider a classical democrat who held those ideals was Bill Clinton. After that the party has changed drastically from what it once was to the point its unrecognizable.
Similar could be said about the republican party. It's changed since Bush 2. The difference is republicans have changed for the better; actually adopting many of the classical democrat ideals; smaller government, backing the working class, no wars, etc.
For all intens and purposes, Trump is a classical democrat. His ideals and policies haven't changed since the 80's. A bulk of what he's doing now is what democrats used to fight for. His presidency is basically the culmination of the republican party's grass root movement to boot the neocons and make it better.
Republicans are no longer the party of big business and the ultra wealthy. It's the party of the working class like democrats used to be. Democrats seem to have abandoned their core ideals and gone off the deepend with no direction.
Anyway, what was this thread originally about? Oh yeah, Marshall amps being available again. How did we get so far off that track? Welcome to RigTalk.
