I'm a sucker for an Iceman. How's the build quality and pickups on that PS60?

Awesome! I was cranking the Twin early this afternoon trying out a new speaker. Always love to get some loud time in testing things out.

I think they're excellent for the price; I have another PS 60 in silver flake, same quality.

That said, my PS120 is my favorite; at 3x the price of the PS 60 the feel, quality, detail (if you like abalone, and binding), Duncans, and sound differences are noticeable and worth it; at 3x the price of the PS 120, my PS 10 is great but not 3X better than the PS120.

If you're only going to get one PS, I'd get the PS 120 if it was me owning only one.

Of course, my PS 10 isn't going anywhere. :D

IMO

I've always wanted one of the PS-10 ltd's from the mid 90's or the IC500 from that same timeframe. Never had the money to buy one back then and 3K-4K is more than I'd want to spend on one now. I'd feel like it would have to be a case queen and I want to play my guitars. Good to know the PS60 & 120 are good quality if I ever decide to get one. Their prices are more in line with the most I'd want to pay for a player. Though it's hard for me to find a new production guitar that would beat my IC300's & 350's from '94 that I've upgraded hardware & pickups on.

You think THAT'S loud? You wanna borrow my Marshall dual monobloc power amp? Then you'd have TWO 100w Marshall power sections singing whatever you plug into it ;)

Hell yeah dude, not sure if you’ve played any of the older superleads reissues but I wonder how it compares. Not sure if yours has the new transformers in it and I’d be curious to see how it is.

No, I haven't played any of the SLP reissues until this one; it's been decades since I played through a SLP; not sure on the transformers in it and really don't want to take it apart to find out.

Cool amps bro. Love those guitars. Had a chance to grab a broken mirror one and like a dumbass I didn’t. It was a lesser model but not entry level.
