I agree. I think I've seen Zackman's rig a thousand times. True story.

Don't be so sensitive.

If I was shopping for a car, I would know my budget, and seeing other cars on the lot beyond my budget or needs would be of zero consideration.

I'm pretty sure the thread question was:

What would be your choice in a low volume bedroom rig?
From guitars, amps, and pedals to modelers etc....

Good way to miss the point and create a red herring argument though...

The point is: They illustrate 'MY' choices, and almost all of the amps are at least 100 watts, and were used for gigging and at home-- eliminating the need for an "At home" rig in addition to gig tools, NOT as a suggestion to the OP as to what he should or should not get to suit his needs and preferences.

Maybe read slower next time?

Lambos are fun though, and have killer tone, but they are LOUD! :D

You and many others. ;) I've been using this stuff (for the most part) since before the forums existed, so it does stand to reason that you'd have seen it around.

It's been mostly my pleasure to share my experiences, thoughts, ideas, and opinions on various gear and it's uses (Pros and cons) that I have first hand knowledge and experience using (Live, In the Studio, at Rehearsals, and at home)-- with other like-minded players around the world, and I have learned that you can't please everybody.

Hey, at least you are proud of it..right?

I simply engaged by answering the OP's thread question.

Why did you apparently take issue with me doing so, by agreeing w/ the other poster-- who made a red herring argument, while simultaneously showing his lack of reading comprehension?

No idea what you are talking about. There is nothing wrong with having stuff to have it, and feeling cool and proud showing it off. And your youtube views are so impressive man. You won this battle.

How did you know I was talking about you? I'm sure from the looks of it "eliminating the need for an "at home rig" would be a major problem for you. You are too much man.

It's irrelevant. Your premise was wrong.

The OP asked, "What would be your choice in a low volume bedroom rig?" (what were our low volume bedroom rigs)

The thread question didn't look to me as if it was asking for 'suggestions', yet your comments and understanding seem to indicate that you think it was.

Are you intentionally missing the point?

The thread question wasn't asking for 'suggestions' -- rather, was asking what were our low volume bedroom rigs

Your ability to post 90's .gifs have me in total defeat. After re-reading the thread, I am fully convinced that you truly do have a great grasp on what a truly great low volume bedroom rig that works for you is. I can't even step to you anymore. I bow out, please let me retire in defeat gracefully.

I say if anything, it's your lack of applying reading comprehension, coupled w/ a tendency to go off half-cocked, chasing phantom arguments. If you go looking for trouble, the odds are that you will find it, and like in your case here, create needless and quite useless and unproductive controversy.

Have you discovered that the thread isn't what you thought it was about yet, and then reevaluated the way you've been responding to calling guys posting their rigs (as asked, in the thread), names as if to stoke some faux rage or something?

sutepaj":1glxt3fv said:

I still don't understand why you tried to 'step up' in the 1st place.

sutepaj":1glxt3fv said:

I'm sorry you feel as though this was a battle. It was only your misunderstanding and attack that created any controversy in the 1st place.

Relax, Life is too short, and it isn't a competition with someone else.

Aloha, Zachman! Through the years, I never get tired of seeing your amps and fiddles! And in my original post i did say for folks to post "your choice in a low volume bedroom rig"
It's all good by me brother !

They've already demonstrated that their ability to utilize reading comprehension is all but non-existent, even after it's been highlighted for them by me, and verified by the OP.

It stands to reason that their capacity for forethought is also stunted, because that wasn't my entire amp and guitar collection either, and the OP verified that he did ask what were 'our' low volume bedroom rigs vs soliciting suggestions from us re: his low volume bedroom rig.

CLEARLY the whiner had sand in their vagina, and shit for brains. Not a good combo for success.
