I've built 2 kits. One from Ceriatone and one from TAD.

The one from TAD sounded much better, I think.

Here's a Marshall 1987S rebuild I did. I had Brian Haberman fabricate a non-perforated board so that I could wire it underneath. I used Mullard 'mustard', carbon film resistors, and silver micas. I'd love to get this back some day.

Looks really great! How many hours do you think you have into the build?

In total it took about 24hrs work. Next time round will be less but i didnt rush as i wanted it to be neat and didnt want to make mistakes.

I reckon you could do it in 3-4 evenings if you do long sessons, ideally spreading over a week i woudl suggest.
