Im not trying to sound like a tool but what gives.
(This should get him to reply to you guys)

Actually, I played through a Mesa Boogie Express 5:25 two days ago. They're stuff is out already!
BTW - the Express was a VERY cool amp! Excellent cleans and medium gain sounds. Hard to believe it was coming through a 10 inch speaker. The sound projection was huge!
My rep said "very soon" on my batch.....pretty solid answer I thought :? I'm only in Ohio.....Gainfreak":3a0f7 said:Why do I feel as if this guy is putting us on? I know some dealers who haven't even gotten the amp yet and he got one in Indiana?

Just the "clean" channel alone is almost worth the price of addmission. It's that cool. The tone controls have a huge impact on feel and volume. I love all 3 modes.
One thing that surprises me, is the drastic difference in gain structure between the 3 modes of each channel. A lot of people have been saying that every channel and mode sounds pretty much alike. Not True! Each one is noticably different. BTW, for you guys with one on the way, be sure to turn the volume way down before you start pushing those mode buttons The gain difference between green and orange/red will split you ears if your standing too close to the amp.
Playing the amp for only 3 hours doesn't qualify me as an expert, but here are few observations: First this is the most articulate Marshall I've played. even a crazy gain levels, It will show every mistake you make. I've got some practicing to do Next, there is no "popping" or delays when switching channels. None. The stock preamp tubes are fairly microphonic. They will be replaced very soon. For reference, I also own a DSL100 and an early 80's JCM 50w combo.
I've got the entire weekend off (for a change), So lots of experimenting to do. Take care.
