Nothing I've heard from Splawn has made me agree with the "Amp that Marshall wishes it could have made" statement.
You avatar is pixilated much far to I think. :dead:Digital Jams":dc660 said:The Splawn crushes the 2203x imo and I am not a Splawn fan.

Try a couple Single Rectos...
No joke. I've played a few that simply smoked. I liked them WAY better than the DRs and TRs... Not sure what is up with that.

I know, when I tried one, I was blown away. So much so that I got one The Dual I tried left me kinda cold. Maybe because the single is more straight forward amp to figure out, I don't know... :?

Sorry but I have to disagree...
Slayer
Metallica
Lynch
Sykes
Beck
Moore
And countless other blues/rock/metal guys used Marshalls. To me, that's a pretty diverse list. Marshalls do 1 thing well? Hmmmm no... I don't think so. Can they sound like a Mesa? Nah... But they do cover alot of ground.

Sykes best tone were his MK III days :supz:
I thought those faggots in $$$$tallica used MK series stuff during their good days :?
Lynch's Marshall was modded to sound like a boogie :respekt:
Slayer :badair:
Yeah, they can do more but I just don't like them unless you mod them. I am dying to try Tyler's Cameron at the NE ampfest!!!!!
