Well, I am a fan of Dreams Come True, so I could see some influence
Though, I don't recommend looking them up unless you want your childhood ruined with familiar songs that actually had lyrics, unknown to most.

Pretty sure if anything I overshare. Probably more than 99% of the members here, if I really stop to think about it. Anyways, to answer your question; no I wasn't wild in my youth and no I'm not high or at a rave in this picture of me high as funk at a rave "in my youth" since I still identify as in my youth Is that enough sharing?

Anyways, we should turn this into a "when we were young" thread, now. Mostly because @skoora and @rsm are such hotties and I want to see those pics again

Second one ready for a death metal metal cover

it was a photo shoot for my last band's EP; black & white was an agreed choice.

I don't have many pics from those days or earlier days, most were lost when my parents basement flooded (I kept them there for years, I also lost old guitar gear including lots of '70s EHX effects I had purchased new as a kid)... Friends and people were taking pics on those cheap small Kodak cameras with 110 film and flash cubes...and would often give me a copy or make extra prints for us in the band.

Needless to say, the quality of the photos was never great, very grainy / blurry.

I miss film cameras. Taking pictures used to be an event. Then there was the wait to hear from the developer just to see how they came out. Seemed so much more personal and like mementos. The one I posted here is on the mantle of my bff that I'm visiting. There's another here of me holding a python when I was like 18, but she probably just put them out because I'm visiting

One of my side jobs back in the day was a driver for dancers; met many, and they'd often come to our shows, and we'd go to theirs. Many after parties too.

I didn’t really want to go out with dancers (was never a big fan of strip clubs) but it seemed to happen all by itself in my mid-late 20’s. Being active as a performing musician, playing heavier music seemed to put us in the same environments a lot. Will say those ladies, at least the few I knew, were good peeps and I was glad to know them.
