I've seen a few articles in the past where guys have shown what a pain in the ass it is to service and repair Mesa Boogie amps, and the circuit board pics and arguments fly around on forums every now and then, but I'm really interested in a Lonestar or Lonestar special. These days, however, I only like to keep amps which I know are built for the long haul and which can be serviced/repaired easily. I don't know how the Lonestar compares to their other models, so anyone who might now, I'd appreciate the shedding of light on this.
