Lawyer with the hate group SPLC (fuck Morris Dees) arrested with other antifags targeting the police training center in Atlanta:

In a case reminiscent of the two New York lawyers convicted of firebombing a police vehicle, a lawyer for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) was arrested for possible domestic terrorism in targeting a police training center in Atlanta. Thomas Webb Jurgens was among 23 suspected domestic terrorists in an attack on the site for a planned $90 million training complex called “Cop City” by protesters.


Unlike the cases of Colinford Mattis and Urooj Rahman, it is not clear what the evidence is against Jurgens beyond his being present at the scene. The SPLC insists that he was present “as a legal observer on behalf of the National Lawyers Guild (NLG).”

I have represented such observers with the NLG (as well as journalists) who have been arrested at such protests. It is plausible that he was there for that function. The question is whether he undertook any violent action himself or did more than observe. These cases can often be knocked down to mere trespass or other lesser charges after arraignments or preliminary hearings.

He is one of 23 suspected domestic terrorists released by the Atlanta Police Department on Monday.

That guy is evil sick and should be buried under the jail. But do you really think a posting such as that as horrible as it is comes close to balancing the criminal scales when looked at demographically? If you do I suggest even the FBI will tell you you don't know what you are talking about.
Year after year after year the pattern has remained the same, high profile crimes by whites not withstanding.
White guy insults a black woman - headlines coast to coast. Black guy kills a white man - local news. Its the way it is.

30 years ago that very spot you would never see anything close to that happen - even 20 years ago but post-Katrina and several terms under Sylvester Turner (he's a real piece of shit - black, gay, and an attorney so you know he's corrupt as fuck) the city has gone to complete shit. Those shopping centers were always owned by organized Asian crime syndicates so I would hope that they ramp-up security for their people and that the pos criminal responsible gets touched in Harris County if he's ever apprehended, at the least. Hopefully she is not paralyzed permanently and recovers, poor woman did not deserve any of that. Fucking infuriating.
