Most underrated Metallica tone

Is it true that a TubeScreamer was used for the Kill Em All tones?

I also thought it was a Rat and would agree the tones were awful on that album. It kinda redeems itself since Hit The Lights is one my favorite Metallica songs, but otherwise not much else I liked about Kill ‘Em All

Spot on!! In fact, let's do that! Here are the 10 that I think would have made a solid album. Called "Reloaded":

4. Hero of the Day
5. Devil's Dance
6. Where the Wild Things Are
7. Fixxxer
8. The Memory Remains
9. Ain't My Bitch
10. Until it Sleeps
