Movies that don't suck

do you guys have recommendation for a website or "movie review" type app that makes movie recommendations? I am so tired of sitting down at night flipping through amazon and netflix trying go find something to watch. Most of the offerings out there are crap and I've seen almost everything so a good resource for good flicks would be helpful.

I tried "a good movie to watch" website and their top listing was "short term 12" and that movie was just not good, so they lost my trust.
thanks!
Rotten Tomatoes? dot com

When I think over the past 2-3 years and films I've watched, there have been several good ones, but the two that stand out are Ford Vs. Ferrari and Mudbound. Mudbound on Netflix is awesome.

Hannibal - the sequel to Silence of the Lambs did not suck!
I love Lecter and the fact that he eats the rude. We need more cannibals in society that have this world view… when the shit hits the fan and we are in sore straights I too am “gonna hack off a piece of the pilot and eat him since they got us into this mess!” .

This is a review site that can filter woke shit in different aggregation. The high discrepancy lists are interesting (movies that are panned by critics and loved by users).
thanks for this. splawn above recommended rotten tomatoes and I don't know why I haven't every tried that one before, but I'm 3 movies in on it's recommendations and they have all been good. "what you wish for", " The gentlemen", and "Nightmare Alley".

can't wait for "speak no evil". really like James Mcavoy's acting. It looks good. anyone seen this yet? it's still not released for lower rental purchase and i'm not dropping 20 bones on it.

I don't think I mentioned this before but The Village just popped up on Youtube TV so I hit "like/record" whatever and then jumped back and forth with college football.

Great movie IMO. Kind of drags in the beginning with the character development but the plot and theme are pretty intense. As is the acting and directing. Lots of symbolism too - which I like. I watched it for the first time with my kids like 10 years ago and we were all freaked the fuck out :D

fantastic film.

It's been raining all week. So, mostly stuck inside. Decided to watch some classics (for/before my time)
Romancing the Stone
Indiana Jones Last Crusade and Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Princess Bride
Crocodile Dundee.
True Lies.

None sucked.

Was thinking either Adventures in Babysitting or Drop Dead Fred tomorrow.
Has anyone seen the new Beetlejuice? Honestly surprised at myself for not having watched it yet.
