Haha. True. I suppose what I was kind of getting at was does the power section not make that big of a difference in the amp vs some others. Regardless I like the octane a lot. Love 2203. Yours sounds great.

The preamp is a heavily modded Rectifier (a Rectifier has pretty much an SLO preamp). Modding that 2203, I removed all the preamp and some power amp components from the board and added a preamp tube.

Holy shit that drop d clip has such a cutting tone. So much saturation. Really fits the open power chords

Yeah, i saw your post and the pic about your visit and i asked him where that was. :) I'm really happy with the Amp and i didn't see that coming. It kinda does it all. And all at the same time.
Have you been at the Guitar Summit back then?

I can't remember a single Amp straight in, that blew me away like this Amp does.

Yeah, thanks. I'm really enjoying the Amp. It's very inspiring. I have 4 more Clips. And i already recorded a few more. I only do that when i like something.
