Never seen George Lynch

Just grabbed tix for Lynch Mob’s Last Ride tour. I’ve never seen George and I’m not a Dokken fan at all.
But, I dig George and his playing so figure a sort of bucket list show. Add to list of greats I’ve seen live. For $25/ea figure it’s a no-brainer…

What can I expect?
Hoping for some cool amps on stage!

Never seen him live, but I was a huge Dokken/Lynch Mob fan.

I did see him at a guitar clinic where he’d basically play incredible shredding at ear bleeding volume then complain about having to do the “country bumpkin” guitar store circuit.

He played over several backing tracks of stuff I’d never heard. He is a monster player.

Yeah he’s playing at a “country bumpkin” shed just outside Weedsport, NY where I’m dragging the wife! Haha

I keep ear plugs in the truck just for concerts, I’ve seen some loud ones and I know George likes it loud.

I’ve wanted a ESP strat from the first time I saw him and Vito Bratta playing them.

Saw Dokken twice in the mid 80s. 1985 and 1986.

Just kicked ass.
Oh I bet it’s gonna be awesome!
Honestly hoping nobody shows up and I can move around freely.
Of course I hope for him he sells a bunch of tix, I’m just greedy.

Just after Jerry passed I saw Bobby’s band Ratdog at the dome in Henrietta, NY.
Nobody showed.

I could lean up against the stage and then turn around, walk to the back and grab a beer. Walk right back up to the stage where I had been previously.

Similar happened for me at a BlackBerry Smoke show in Cleveland years ago.
Was way to easy to turn around and grab PBR tall boys all night!

Maybe I’m greedy, but it was wonderful…

Same for me at a Geoff Tate show in Minneapolis a few years back. Pretty cool.

Saw him in flint mi last night and the mix was awesome. Everybody played killer.

This lineup is really solid

Soooooo bored with the dokken songs in the set and wish they were not playing’music be your master’

Other then that, killer performance

Opening act killed as well. Paralandra

I’m gonna find a couple of their CDs to buy because they are worth supporting

Love George, I got to see Dokken open for Dio as a kid, one of my first concerts. I just remember it being loud af. George will always hold a special place in my heart, I pulled so much tail with that lame opening riff of Alone Again, lol.

I’ll check out the opener on that note. Hadn’t heard of them nor looked them up online as of yet.

The best thing that he has done in the last 10 years, is the "Casandra's Crossing" project, with Casandra Carson.

She is the lead singer of Paralandra.......who ironically is on tour with him as his opening act.
