Been a long journey. But worth it.

I have had my parents here for the past week staying at my house. Havent seen em in 12 years.
They ran me ragged.
But the amp arrived today. Between trying to host....and goof with the amp I managed to make a video.
Now in the room the amp is really aggressive and bright. On the video it comes across flat?
It was loud as fuck as you can see the camera being blasted by the sound waves. :D

Super touchy to dial in. The louder this thing gets.....the meaner it sounds.
I will make some more better sounding vids later. I am just whipped off my ass. ;)
First video was when I had the amp for about 20 minutes play time. (edit erased the first clip) Didnt care for it.
These videos are messing around with it today.
Amp is great!

Thanks man. I really didn't wanna post that clip. It didn't do it justice.
But I said fuck it.
It's really a killer thrash amp.

Oh it's plenty bright in the room.
I just tossed the zoom down. Hit record.
I am sure if I move it around a bit I can get better recordings.
God damn that amp is loud!!!

Sounds killer Dan!! Congrats on the amp....Was really close to buying one of these a few months back....

Thanks Vince. It really is a smoking hot amp.
Later during the week i will make a few more rough cuts.
Amp is so freaking loud.

Yeah but the treble knob adds gain on the Mark III ;)

Congrats!!!!

Sounds like you might have the Bass knob set to high in the video. Just remember this Mesa Mark series rule of thumb:

"Setting the Bass much past 2, is something you really shouldn't do."

Also one for what Motorpud was saying:

"If you set your Treble around 7 or 8, your amp will sure sound great"

(Ok, I might have made both of those up :D )

Thanks for the tips guys. It's been about 7 years since I owned or played one.
Gonna have more time with it Tommorow. Honestly only played with it for about 20 minutes today.

Well at least you're getting better about that. I'm surprised you're not blind yet. :D

I know there are good settings and appreciate the tips you guys give.
It's just so damn very touchy.

It's all right bro, Wow, you can tell the thing has tons of tight, grinding balls!
In a week or two, you will have it tweaked to perfection…

Absolutely right my man! Takes a couple of hard core jam sessions with my drummer to really dial it in.
But I know. It's a freaking monster
Ears still ringing.
