Not to drag this thread off topic but I've owned two Camerons (Ocean and Atomica) and honestly the Snorkler is one of the closest to a Cameron I've ever played. Probably because it's a plate driven tone stack on a Marshall power amp. That was one of the "secrets" to Cameron's mods -- he often changed the cathode follower tone stack to a plate driven tone stack in old Marshalls he modded. Honestly, I think the Snorkler is better because it's a lot more versatile but the Snorkler has the same kind of Cameron "thing" going where it's very high gain, very compressed, sustains forever, easy to play.
