So......................No Nuno Riffs and the phone it in solo that seems out of place for the song........... Hopefully the other songs on the album are better.:dunno:
 
Extremes 1st 4 albums are KILLER.

I had Pornograffitti II and III Sides on strong rotation for about 3 months after seeing them in concert in February. Best $60 for a show I ever spent.

That’s the latest single from Six, that has Rise on it. Not a bad effort.

You guys slagging just don’t knowwww mannnnnn. Plus Nuno and Gary are BASED

I want to like them! They are local and as I said supposed to be cool guys. I did enjoy Nuno’s solo on Rise—prob more than anything on the Pornograffiti albums (aren’t there like 4 of them?). Of course Nuno is always the reason to tune in….
 
"Am I ever gonna change" is incredible. Freakin' epic. "Hole Hearted" is beautiful. The Pornograffiti album is OK, but I haven't listened to it since the early 90's. Nuno is one of the all time greats to be sure, but there's always been something missing in their music. Cherone is the weak link in that band for me. His voice grates on my ears.
 
They missed the mark with that vid. I feel like they could’ve picked a hotter group of sluts a la Mastodon - The Motherload.

It's really low effort as far as pop songwriting goes, especially musically

It's like they took the intro to "lucky love" by ace of base and were like "lets play a whole song doing nothing but that!"

The Ace of base song has crazy creative key and chord changes and structure though
