My second favorite looking amp after my fbm was my hk triamp mk3 and that sounded even worse lmao

We actually was kidding about bigger tubes. I know you weren’t impressed by DAR :)

I don’t recall basic fbm-100h having a dsp. Wasn’t it the 100x that is supposed to have one?

Interesting because I don’t recall seeing one when I changed a preamp tube in mine. But I wasn’t looking for a dsp chip either. I would be curious to know what chip he used. Maybe one day, I’ll be curious enough to have a peek.

It would be internal- it’s the low and high knobs in the top left per channel I believe
