So, I bought one of these about a year ago, but UPS played kickball with it and fucked it all up. It felt great, and was nice indeed, but it had to go back.. At the time, nobody had these, and I couldn't get my hands on another one.. I finally pulled the trigger on another and glad I did!

Sun Valley Super Shredder Exotic Black Limba..

*SS frets.
*Wenge neck.
*Ebony board.
*Luminlays.
*Floyd w/SS hardware, brass claw, HD springs, push-in bar, (love that).
*USA Custom Shop pickups that blow me away. The Sunset Strip in the bridge is beefy, warm, chunky, with no mush, no piercing highs. So perfectly balanced, I'm floored how good this thing sounds. Total beast. The 5-way gives you brootz, twang, Stratty, or shred. Fit and finish is top-notch. Schecter hit a home run with this one...

Just got one of these too
nice wood on yours
absolutely love it
what hard case are you using?
does it fit well?

Oh man. Congrats! Limba always sounds good. Probably relatively lightweight too?

Nice! My buddy actually just got an Apocalypse and I set it up for him the other day. I'm impressed! Schecter seems to have stepped up their game. Off topic but can anyone tell me what the lower switches on the guitar do for the Apocalypse? The one on the lower left goes up and down and the lower right one goes up, center, down. I'm not used to all these switches.

Schecter makes a nice Guitar. I have 2 and they are my main axes now.
Their Pickups are good too..

Wow that's a beauty! I looked into one of these when I was looking for a guitar with a sustainiac the reviews on them are great I love the natural wood Over Paint congratulations!

Huh, this is beautiful, congrats. I have just regular one in black with Sustainiac, a bit jealous now :)

There's a reason why I'm always suggesting Schecter pickups. They are just that rad. Kudos for the purchase.

Awesome looking guitar. If it was me i might swap-out those stainless screws for blacks just for looks, but really that is nitpicking lol.

Damn that looks 🔥! Did that Limbaugh, is it a veneer or solid? Neck, does that up the mids like a rosewood neck? Killer axe! Congrats

Like these a lot. I have been a lot more impressed with the higher end import Schecters in recent years. I have a KM-6 MKII that is very legit. Really kinda want one of the apocalypse teles but these exotic super shredders got my attention.

It's the natural wood grain with a satin clear coat. I don't hear anything that separates it, tone-wise, as far as the neck is concerned. It's got a nice mid-range, and its a beefy sounding guitar. But, thats more to do with that slab of Limba. It's a lot more pleasing than Alder, or basswood, that I can tell you. Guitar is very musical, not dead/sterile like a lot of bolt-ons I've owned.. I can say this, it shits all over any MIM Charvel I've ever owned/played. And I've had 5 or 6. Same for the MIM Jacksons. No contest.

I bought the hardtail version a couple months ago and it was everything I wanted a super strat to be minus a few things. Mine was heavy at 9lbs for a strat but completely usable since I am a Les Paul guy mainly. I found the pickups to be a bit harsh but nothing that I probably couldn't dial out on the amp. The killer for me was the neck. I loved the feel of the wenge and the SS frets but this one had shaved too much of the shoulders off between frets 1 and 5 and it was a bit thin up there as well. Other than that, I found it to be an excellent guitar. Way better than I expected actually.
