As for the music ruining the industry, it was the generic rock music of the 2000s that did that. It's really fucked up to think that rock music almost killed the guitar and Taylor Swift had to come along and save it.

You know who HASN'T ever written cheesy music? Metal artists. Not even once. Never have, never will.

Nursery rhymes are incredibly catchy to infants and toddlers, but children outgrow them at around 5 years old. I’m all for catchy music but there’s got to be something else to it beyond the easy accessibility aspect of it to have any long lasting value.
