I don’t hate on schecter. They’re great guitars and above Edwards IMO. I’ve been craving a super Strat from them for a while.

This is why I love schecter hellraisers so much.
As has been mentioned before, I am a giant human being (6'4"), and it's hard to find necks that work for me

Man I can relate. Musikraft full C profile .90”x1” w/semi rolled board is a great Fender type if you are ever looking. Never been as impressed with a bolt on neck and I've tried all the Warmoth carves and the Allparts FAT (which I really like).

Love Schecters! I have several of them. Their Thin C neck shape is pretty much the perfect neck.

What, in your opinion, makes them above Edwards? I ditched a Gibson a few years back cause my Edwards ES was the better guitar overall.

Coincidentally I’ve been listening to Battles of the North for the past week.
I’d totally rock that guitar. Single bridge HB/single volume control would’ve been better a better choice.

I just looked and now I understand why you want one. Lotta the same nice features as my Viper. Tone pro bridge, figured top, nice volute.....8 years ago sold on reverb for $425.

I saw that. Next year they will be 1000-1400 so you might as well get one now if you want one. Pretty much how I looked at paying $789 plus shipping and tax for a purple viper deluxe 1000. You just don't see very many purple ones compared to the tiger burst or newer matte black models. Given five more years and the hard to find colors command a premium but there won't be much finish left on mine by then.

man, I look at this guitar and go sick… until, I see the headstock. Instantly kills my boner. Schecters play nice though.
