Definite end of an era. I got to see them on their Powerslave, Somewhere In Time, and Seventh Son tours and glad to have those memories.
It is crazy how aging goes. It is like it sneaks up on you. You still feel like you are young and yourself but then you start having physical things and mental things like losing friends or family and you go "holy shit, I'm old!".Getting old sucks.... but it is also a blessing
Absolute legend. What a run it's been
I've been to his house back in the day while helping my friend Eric who worked at Barrier Reef Fish store in the 90's. Nicest "Rock star" i've ever met.He has a house in South Florida... and likes to plays golf.
Done and done. Here's to an amazing career!
If Dave leaves, they need to be done.Nicko had a pretty serious stroke last year. he had a pretty long recovery. He admitted playing some of the songs were pretty rough on him. I commend him for the 42 years he put in. Maiden is my favorite band of all-time. The Maiden machine will keep rolling. I also hear through various sources that Dave Murray is about ready to throw in the towel and stop touring. He stated he wants to now enjoy time with his family.
1000% agreed. If Dave leaves, they need to be done.
