The truth is that there have been different policies in different eras with different peoples, just like with Christianity.

That's not saying anything. My bet is if you compiled a list most of the policies have not been friendly to non-Muslims.

My point is that it’s not as black and white as some people are portraying it in that it’s simply what Islam teaches. Tolerance varies by community, country and era, just like with Christianity. Maybe overall Christian theocracies have been more tolerant, I don’t know.

Only the byzantine empire would qualify, the rest are heresies but I suppose that is a whole other discussion. What I will say is he modern "christian" (lower case) mindset is one of ecumenism which results in the one world government. The modern Islamic mindset is jihad which results in a one world government. Modern rabbinical judaism states in the Talmud that the jews will own everything before messiah returns so there is your jewish one world government. So....a one world government is inevitable.

Exactly. But again, as with problematic passages in any religious text, it doesn’t mean that every Jew interprets it literally, believes or practices it.

They are apparently satisfied with whatever arrangement they ultimately worked out. Or like the Native Americans — or the American confederate south for that matter — maybe they are entirely subjugated and gave up any further resistance. I don’t blame the Palestinians for fighting back as long as they feel up for it though. And I won’t be surprised if Israel bombs and starves every last Palestinian in response. But I won’t try to justify it either.

The Talmud is horrible. No way to defend that heinous filth. I heard the kabala (sp) is even worse…. I disagree with the Bible thumping, snake handling view point of supporting Israel because God wills us to protect his chosen people….nope….that’s a myth and a lie. Now do I wish them harm? I don’t think it’s disputed that native Arab populations always lived there. The dispute arose when the European Jews came, created a Jewish state and kicked them out.
 
At one time or another they all lived there…together….Jews, Assyrian, Babylonia, Persians, Greeks, Roman’s, crusaders, Turks….blah blah blah….fuck em.

Yeah but going back further the Jews were persecuted by the Romans, Muslims and Christians and ended up further afield to try and avoid it. This shit has been going on for thousands of years. The modern state of Israel is essentially a WW2 reparation for the holocaust in the same way that I gave that example of the Silesian German's being kicked out of what is now Poland but was previously a part of Germany. This shit happens. Again, this current bloodshed was started by Hamas being animals. Nothing justifies what they did. I would call what Israel is doing as justified because how can they just sit back and let their people be murdered, kidnapped and raped by fucking muslims with no repercussions? Hey Hamas, come over with your missiles and Ak47's and attack us when we are on our way to work and massacre us... You have to be joking. Fuck them. They deserve it. How can these Palestinian scum cry innocent and victim in this instance.
