Odin are you really that much of a whiny bitch?

I've been to Shea's pad, and not only is it awesome, it's not his parents house.

I can't believe we live in the same county. I hope you're one of those dumb cunts I nearly run off the road every morning on 75.

I'm 10 lbs overweight, but not "out of shape". I'm not 18 anymore and I can't wear the same pants I wore in the 80's, but I still work out and run 4 days a week. I'm not a bodybuilder or a runner, but in my late 30's I can still run a mile in the 7's which is more than a lot of folks can say...in fact a lot of folks can't run to the end of the block without giving up. So I won't claim to be Mr Fitness, but I ain't in bad shape. Those website pics are mostly from 5+ years ago and I did gain about 25lbs back in 2002-2004.

BTW, love the avatar!

well I stand corrected then. Im pretty sure that I couldn't run a mile without launching my lunch

I did repo a long time ago. We could find out everything about you from the rig. Here's one of my favorites - The repo truck had no markings and the rig was under the truck. Pull up to someone with "special driving skills" ....."hey Tom you should not let other driver's make you mad". I do not think I well ever forget the look on one womans face. Confused -angry-then fear. All in good fun you know.

I hate Winter because i just don't like to go out and run in the cold. I do 2 miles a couple of days a week but this Spring i want to stretch it out. Back in High School i did 10 miles once no problem, but i did 2 seasons of Cross Country just to get in shape for Indoor Track and Outdoor in the Spring. I was really a Sprinter. Running is hard and it hurts like hell for a week or 2 but it feels great once your body gets used to it and you say to yourself, "Hey, i don't hurt and I'm not tired".

Funny story, once in High School we had a Saturday morning practice and i went out drinking in the woods Friday night. We were practicing handing off the baton. I was waiting for the runner before me to hand the baton and i started puking as i was running, and the other guy was dancing to avoid the spray.  It made for a classic story for a few years.

If I worked off the beer gut I'd be all set. :(

You're not a smoker are you?

Smokers get a special treat when they run - all over their shoes.

I was never a runner and I'm still not a "runner", more of a jogger. The last PT test I took I ran a 1.5 mile in 11:36, and "passing" for a male my age is 12:51. As long as I run with guys who are a little faster than I want to go I'll push myself to a decent time, but running by myself my pace drops off.

My sprint isn't fast at all, but I can run at a steady pace forever. I used to do sprints and it helped my overall times by giving me a little better stamina on long runs, but I just hate sprints so much that I never do them anymore.

Since metalpoida has been slacking off and was swallowed by a gaping void in the internets...

This is for you, Odin:

I'm 10 years older than you and I can run 1.5 miles in 9:49. I WIN!!!!!

Wow. Is it legal to use this information without due cause...and then brag about it on a forum. I would have to think that it is a violation of police procedures.
I wonder the same thing. The CEO of the company I work for went on the net under a pseudonym and talked shit about one of our competitors. We then bought out that competitor. We were investigated by the FTC.

My parents have never been in McKinney and I'm probably old enough to be your parent.

Yes, you do! I cannot now, nor could I ever, run a 1.5 mile under 10 minutes.

When I was in my 20s I could run 1.5 miles in 8:38... No matter how hard I train, I can't do that anymore...

BTW - I can help you easily get under 11 minutes running less than you are now through simple interval training workouts. You'd increase your fitness a huge amount and get much faster with less overall running... Lemme know if you are interested...
