That 800 used to be mine. That was a killer sounding amp. The front is a version of the ocean mod the back is a low gain jose. The back channel is less compressed and doesn't have as much saturation but if you boost it , it sounds brutal. If i remember correctly it has a push pull on the front on the treble which lifts the mids a bit... pretty cool amp, VERY powerful for a 50 watter. I knew she was yours at one point. It is a killer sounding amp and beyond loud for 50 watts!! I love the back channel. The far right knob is a pre gain stage. I use a couple boosts and it sounds so good! I actually use the Ocean channel as a clean channel and it sounds so luscious! I really want an Aldrich modded cameron to complete the trifecta! If you ever want to part with one of your camerons drop me a line :yes:
 
here's a few more

orange ad30 presence mod. added a presence knob on the back and cleaned up the gain a bit.



sovtek mig100u gain mod. added bass boost knob and 2nd gain knob. total marshall tone.



purple amp 2 channel gain mod. added 2nd channel and new tone knobs. there are also voicing and style knobs on the back as well. this thing sounds so rad. this belongs to my buddy mike but i use it all the time.



marshall jmp superlead 100 watt suuuuper high gain mod. this is mark's old marshall, it is capable of more gain than anyone would ever need. weird tone selector switch on the front and voicing knobs on the back.

Dude you play in HTB right ? I mixed you guys @ school of rock in south hackensack a while back, that was a fun show... I played that purple amp when i was at Marks that thing is pretty wild! Really tight , sounds really open but feels nice and compressed .... Very unique. Can't wait to get my plexi back from Mark he's putting that circuit that he has in the fender twin chasis in .... :rock:

now I can join the club!

1979 JMP 2203 with LG and HG Jose, Effects Loop, and a Push/Pull Master Volume

doesn't have a lot of knobs like the bass boost, saturation, voicing knobs and all those doohickeys but it sounds wonderful :rock:

hmmmm it's a bit hard to say. I haven't been able to play the Marshall a lot, only once, and now I'm gone for a few weeks...

but so far... I like it better than the Peters... it just feels "right". It's smoother and has less gain than the Chimera, but not by too much

Here's my latest: Cameron Ocean (50 watt) just bought from Chris (jcmtone). Just want to add that Chris was great to deal with and the amp arrived in LESS than 24 hours! Thanks Chris!

I'll let you know soon. I'm having the 6550's ditched in favor of EL34's. One thing I do like (and I'm comparing to CCV clips only) is that it has this killer grinding rythm tone that reminds me a lot of the CCV. Specifically, the video on youtube that's 3:12 long with Mark playing. I can't wait to hear it with EL 34's. I don't get along with 6550's.
