Mailman - per our discussion

I HAD to make one this morning for some reason

Now this one is a little different in that it has no 'croissant' crust lining the bottom and I didn't mix the egg and sausage together. This is just scrambled egg cooked most of the way and I layered the cooked pork sausage on that and then layered some goat cheese and shredded cheddar on top of that and just set it back in the oven after turning it off.

This is more indicative of what I'd do if I was camping except it would be a Weber + coals instead. And the foil loaf pan.

Every time I get Cali rolls at the grocery I always ask for extra wasabi and then I have more than I need - which is a good problem to have

Yes sir!! That’s the I was talking about!!
My son and fiancé are flying in next week. He’s a huge cooking nut. Good thing about cooking is you can always always learn.

just got an airfryer and did some bacon. tastes great....even the half raw pieces. little tricky to cook with.

Congrats, Stoivo.

I've had my eye on these things for some years now. The latest one I see is, like, $400 AU or sumpin' and it's mighty-small. They chew up a lotta juice too, so unfortunately it'll have to be "one day"...

I keep dreamin' 'bout it 'though. :D

I jumped on the air fryer bandwagon a few months ago. I can't stop using it. It elevated my fries game over the oven.

Smoked some trout over the weekend

and then a steak for the main meal. Protein overload.

Man, all those pics got my mouth watering, Brother CentristNutz, and it's only mid-morning (I only eat one meal - early-evening).

It might as well have been 6AM. No way were those pics not gonna have this effect. Well done, brother!

did some braised shortribs yesterday and mashed potatoes with creamed spinach. bought a half a beef so I'm going to be doing all kinds of beef recipes. trying to figure out what to do with my remaining shortribs and braising juice. I deboned them so I basically have a killer ragu. Yep-I started with onions, carrots and celery. Cooked it for hours and hours. It is intense to say the least.

EDIT......FUCK-shepherd's pie.....DUH.....

That's gotta be on the menu for sure, Brother Stoivo.

Can't you just seal that juice and pop it in the fridge? If not going to use soon, you'd think it'd still taste OK even after freezing.
