Today I eat light chicken broth and salad. I started eating healthier since I found out that my best friend has diabetes. I consulted with the doctor and I will buy trulicity online for him, which will help him feel better. Now I do almost everything with him. It helps me be healthier and him too

Yep. So good. Unfortunately, I can't have it any more due to Celiac disease.
 
I didn’t have the stuff needed to make the “Cajun cream sauce with shrimp” to drizzle over the top, but this my idea of a salmon portion for dinner…

About 4-6 Broiled Jumbo scallops in butter and Garlic would complete that plate.
