Dammit.

Looks like it'd be worth a trip to the States just to wolf one of them down brudda. :worship:

So… we have turkey (meh) and ham for Thanksgiving, but tend towards beef (“It’s what’s for dinner”) for Christmas. To be clear, my turkey is better than yours… 😆. Regardless, there are some pussies afoot. I have cooked a 5-7 rib prime roast a few times, but a couple in the “we’re here to eat free” camp complain because it’s medium rare. STFU THAT’s THE WAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE. So, I’m trying something new. A NY Strip Roast. We’ll see…

Uncle Ben saved the day here. Even though they were small potatoes I under estimated the cooking time on them with the lower temperatures I was cooking at.

Brined the salmon with maple syrup and salt for about 5 hours and then smoked for about 5.5 hours.
Vegetables are done with a little olive oil and traegar vegetable rub.
Uncle Ben's Coconut Jasmine :D

Pizzas look great man! I need to get a bread maker and learn now to make a good Gluten Free pizza crust.

I worked at Pizza Hut back in High School. Man, it was just the place to be. Jukebox, beer on tap, Mario Bros, hot waitresses, next to High School. It had it all

My boss, who was only 22, used to schedule the two of us to "close" together. 5 to Close. That was code for kicking ass and get everything closed up and then make some food, drink beer, smoke cigarettes, and play Mario Bros until 2am. Good times.

Have you experimented much with Vegemite or similar in your cooking yet Brother Brian?
