It IS a Marshall tone..but it's dialed in poorly, or recorded poorly, or all of the above. It sounds harsh, abrasive, scratchy, etc etc...I can tell he's probably diming it which NEVER EVER sounds good with ANY and ALL Marshalls I've owned..even the one true plexi, a 67 50T. They all have sweet spots though; and that particular Marshall isn't dialed in to it at all.@7704A You know, maybe i also dont like marshall tones... Because every time i talk about a good marshall tone, people tell me it isnt marshall tone
