This time the Celestion Blue speaker has been used on a bunch of gigs and is broken in.
So you could do a comparison to how the speaker sounded (stiff) on the last clip.
I was going to solo over it...but bed time arrived, so it's just a rhythm clip.

That rhythm was a little more agressive sounding then I expected especially since you became such a low gain homo. :hys:

All kidding asside, I think it sounds great!!!

Much better Adam :)

Oh yeah......what Ralph said as well

Nice playing :)

I like it. You seem to have dialed in a different tone that doesn't lend to exposing speakers that aren't broken in yet so it's kind of hard to compare.

Thanks...I think.

I just boosted it a hair with an MXR 10 band EQ pedal (left everything flat except rolled off a bit at 31.25 Hz, 125 Hz and 16 KHz.

I love using this pedal for a bit of a boost. :worship:

It is tough to compare now.
I backed off the mids (quite a bit) and the treble (just a bit) this time.
Although the speaker is much smoother now for sure....it really had some gritty highs at first.

That's a nifty little diddy. I like the dissonant thingers thrown in here and there. It certainly sounds much better than the last one.

I don't think I listened to the other one....

This one definitely sounds smooth and well defined.

Thanks....sounds better now, agreed.
Speaker broken-in + dialing the amp in better = doesn't even sound like the same amp as last time.

Thanks Ed!
Not a lot of gain really on the clip, but it really has that fluid 'wanna shred' feel going on.
