So cool!

Thanks... It has gotten used live several times, and it's served me well.

Cool cat, says, stay cool. ;)

For the serious gear geeks; like me, who enjoy this sort of thing...

^^^ thanks!!! I love that guitar to death. Steve Benford is a really nice guy and his stuff is way under the radar. very good quality and super reasonable prices.

Next I want him to make me the same exact guitar but a tele version.

some of my amps.. they ALL have something special about them.. really digging the Twin Jet right now

Here's the weekly gigging rig for the past 6 months or so. All of my 100w heads, 4x12's, and rack gear haven't been played in a long time. This set up sounds huge, is extremely versatile, and set-up/breakdown is done in minutes.

Bedroom rig. Brunetti Pleximan and Gower José.

Also have a Fractal AX8 rig in the livingroom along with a Tone King Falcon. In the rehearsal space I have a Marshall 2203 that have been modded a bit by a danish Marshall guru.

Went from big, to small:

Marshall JMP, 2 1x12 cabs, and some pedals!

HOLY FUCK ME

That is sick. I hate you.

I use this one for just about everything these days. Others keep coming and going, but this has stuck. Strange, one of the cheapest amps I've owned in years. Just works and always sounds fantastic. ;)

How does the ax8 stack up with the real deal these days?

Pretty good. It's the Axe-FX in a floorboard. It doesn't do everything the Axe can do but it sounds exactly the same. Has all the same amp models. The latest firmware has it sounding pretty freaking great. That being said I still prefer my tube amp rig for gigging.

(used with backline amps too)

(old pic, old board lol)

(have some more but these get gigged the most)

Have quite a few amps and gone through a lot more, but my main gear is pretty simple. Fortin molded jcm 800, I'm not sure what it's called. Super cali? Not sure. Has a ton of options.. footswitchable cleans, two footswitchable gains, two footswitchable master volumes, loop, bias Jack's, and all kinds of tone shopping switches. It's amazing. Old Les Paul Custom with p90 and staple pickup, 2002 58 reissue Les Paul with surh Aldrich pickups, Eric Johnson strat and Jackson sl-1, through a cab with vintage 30s or greenbacks. Pedal board just has a carbon copy, ts-9, turbo tuner, a GE-7, and sometimes a few other delays, or a 3rd or 4th generation ocd I'll buy a lot more amps, some I'll keep but I doubt I'll ever replace any of it.
