Proof the Earth is round

Really? Like what? I think that the Earth's apparent flatness is a good argument that it is actually flat.
Ever been on the ocean or a large body of water ? Can you see to the end of it, even with high powered optics ? Salt flats in Utah, slight hill on an otherwise large flat area ?

There is irrefutable proof the world is not flat. Dating back to sea explorers. Anyone who actually believes the world is flat has serious cognitive issues.

Geocentrism and heliocentrism were originally religious based scientific ideas.

Heliocentrism is a good example of conjecture. It’s incomplete (scientifically). The earth certainly does revolve around the sun, but really nothing outside of our solar system revolves, or is even influenced by our sun.

That's not necessarily true. We can replicate all kinds of things yet not know how they work. But what do you mean by conjecture?

But if you know how something works, you can replicate it.

In what sense would you consider their arguments conjecture? ... nothing is fully known in science.

To hop on to helio and geocentrism; just because science moves forward does not mean the things found before it were wrong.
Geocentrism got the rolling that everything was moving. The grand conclusion was wrong, but that doesn’t mean the observations were incorrect or no longer viable.
Heliocentrism came through, used some of those “old” observation and combined them with new ones to understand things better, and formed a new conclusion.

That conclusion was eventually shown to be incorrect, but again, that doesn’t mean all the observations used were wrong.

And it keeps going down the line. So yes, there are plenty of things “known” in science. Just because we don’t “know” exactly how our universe was formed does not mean we can’t “know” what our own planet looks like.

How about circumnavigating the earth in a yacht or plane and coming back to the same point. Shows its spherical right there.

How about taking a star trail photo and seeing the stars circle around at night centred on the south and north celestial poles. Somewhere I have a star trail photo of the South Celestial Pole I took myself. There's no Polaris... How do you propose a flat earth rotates around two points without being a sphere.

In the flat earth model magnetic earth points to the center of the circle so the same basic things could happen there too.

The only thing round is my wife ass. I make sure she keeps it that way.

It's difficult to even see the horizon. If it was curved I would want to make sure it wasn't an optical effect of the window glass. Regardless, even those that believe in ball earth acknowledge that you can't see the curve until something like 60,000 feet.
