Yeah I don’t have a ball in this game but just over internet conversation I still wonder who the hell invented a German caterpillar and then thought it would be a good idea to name it something to tell someone about on purpose.
 
Funny that all Larry has to do is offer proof that he refunded these two guys and Steve K’s widow, I mean, is that too hard ? Didn’t Larry say at one point that he did or would refund her ? Then apparently didn’t… why say you’re going to if you’re not ?

Yeah why lawyer up if your bases aren’t covered in a forum, when in the court of law, they definitely have to be covered anyway? I just don’t get it? Why go after a defamation lawsuit when theft is on the table? Seems like it could be expensive all together and better to resolve it peacefully instead.
 
It tells you everything you need to know about Larry IMO. He’d rather be a dick than do the right, ethical thing it seems. I don’t care how great the amps are, fuck that. People used to rip Cameron to shreds but this guy is outside the country and his nut huggers will defend him until their last breath. Meanwhile, he’s going to sue a customer for slander for some shit (pardon the pun) on the Internet.
 
Peaceful resolution is always better than going nuclear. Besides. In the US many homeowners policies actually contain defamation coverage up to the limits of the policy and the insurance covers defense fees for an unlimited amount anyway. So the person being sued really has very minimal financial danger even if they lose. So it’s a giant waste of time and the only people enjoying the situation are lawyers since they’re getting paid either way.

It's just like when he said his "US lawyer" was going to fuck Mike Fortin really bad in the ass, for stealing his intellectual property, and nothing happened.
Then, not too long after, Dumble tells me Larry stole so many of his ideas and posting them on the Marshall forum as if they were his, because he new Dumble wasn't spending time online. Little he knew that someone would always bring that to Dumble's attention.
So, there you go... he is always blaming someone else, claiming they are doing, what he does all the time.

For your own good you better hope it isn’t. Posting someone’s personal information online without their consent isn’t exactly a good legal starting point nor is that good business.

To be on the safe side, I electronically saved the entire thread from post #161 in case SBlue subsequently edits or deletes his posts.
It's now already past 09:00 am here in Germany, my lady is already having breakfast, but I haven't been in bed since yesterday, so I'll go to bed now.
